My Contributions
Requirements Analysis and Architecture
- I collaborated directly with lawyers, employees and stakeholders to understand internal services and processes, designing efficient, automated and scalable solutions.
Platform Development
- Frontend and backend implementation using WordPress, PHP, HTML, Tailwind CSS and MySQL.
- Creation of REST APIs for integration with online payment systems and other automated services.
- Development of additional applications in Python and Docker, including an automatic contract generation system integrated into the platform.
Infrastructure and DevOps
- Infrastructure management using cloud computing, Linux, Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Domain and DNS configuration to ensure platform availability and security.
Continuous Improvement
- Identified and implemented process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs in time and money.
- I automated internal processes, reducing manual efforts and increasing administrative efficiency.
Results Obtained
The platform has become the central point for service requests, legal process management and administrative reporting, increasing the company's efficiency and ability to scale.
